years, Owner/Project Manager Michael Paulson has contributed to
a wide spectrum of projects…from modest home renovations, to
significant undertakings such as the Sound Transit light rail,
celebrity residences, and high-value estates. Observing a common
deficit in the industry, Michael recognized that the entire
construction process often lacked detail and transparency, leaving
customers less than satisfied. In response, Michael founded Top
Dog Remodel with a commitment to clarity and openness. We
understand the importance of honesty and trustworthiness in our
